Okagesamede – A Practice of Gratitude

Shantirsevananda teaches the Okagesamade Meditation Practice — a unique way to cultivate an attitude of gratitude. She also shares a way to introduce this practice when family and friends gather.

Sri Goswami Kriyananda taught us that Okagesamade (oh-caw-kaw-saw-ma-day) is a word from the ancient Japanese mystical tradition. It means “Thank you; because of you this moment exists.”
